Refund policy

In the event of a return, please contact us at enquiries@socrates.design.

Please ensure that the shirt has all its labels and original packaging, along with the receipt and/or delivery notice. We will be happy to exchange or refund the shirt within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days and up to 90 days, you can return the shirt for store credit. We do not accept returns after 90 days.

Please note that a 10% processing fee will apply for all exchanges and refunds. Refunds will be processed on the 10th of the month following the refund request and clearance.
